6 DAYS of vEGAN-vAGAN

The “Meat & Greet” Meal Plan… Day 6 and I’m still holding on!  I have been keeping track of my meal plans and I am at the end of the week.  I am still committed to not eating MEAT or BREAD for the remaining days of July. DISCLOSURE: EXCEPT… for fish, shrimp, scallops, crabs, etc. I’m a seafood-trekki.  🙂

Here is my meal plan from 07/11/14.

BREAKFAST:

NATURE VALLEY soft-baked Oatmeal squares – Cinnamon Brown Sugar
CARNATION Breakfast Essentials Complete Nutritional Drink-variety pack
mixed with 1 cup of SILK Almond milk

LUNCH:

Lettuce, tomato salad with nuts & cheese

Nutri Grain Bar

THE MEATLESS MEAL PLAN, FIVE DAYS & COUNTING…

The Meat & Greet Meal Plan… Day 5 and I’m still ALIVE !  I started what I call the “Vegan Vagan” meals. By now, if you have been keeping track with me this week, you all know that that is a wonderful phrase that I conjured up in my pretty lil head! I am still committed to not eating MEAT or BREAD for the remaining days of July. DISCLOSURE: EXCEPT… for fish, shrimp, scallops, crabs, etc. I’m a seafood-trekki.  🙂

Here is my meal plan from 07/10/14.

BREAKFAST:
Bowl of Cereal: Cheerios w/sliced bananas

Silk Milk

SNACK:

“EATING RIGHT FOR HEALTHY LIVING”, Fruit & Grain Cereal Bar

LUNCH:
1/2 JASON’S DELI PLAIN JANE Baked Potato, loaded

1 Small lettuce, tomato salad with nuts & cheese

(Home Cooking): ^-^

-Sautéed Shrimp Stir Fry,  6 oz

DESSERT:

1 pack -LANCE Nekot Cookies, peanut butter flavor

“Vegan Vagan” -Day 4

This is the 4th day and I’m feeling good.  I’ve started what I call the “Vegan Vagan” meals. If you know me, you’ll know that I’ve made this phrase up!  I have made a commitment to not eat MEAT or BREAD for the remaining days of July… EXCEPT… for fish, shrimp, scallops, crabs, etc.  It’s Simple.  Can you tell?  Seafood is My Favorite! 🙂

Here is my meal plan from 07/09/14.

BREAKFAST:
1 Nutri Grain Bar: Strawberry

One hour later…
WHATABURGER Hash Brown Sticks -6-
Medium Diet Coke

LUNCH:
JASON’S DELI “Nutty Mixed Up salad w/out Chicken, added Avocado
1 slice of Sur La Bundt’s Apple Nut Pound Cake  [delicious]

DINNER:

(Home Cooking): ^-^
-Sautéed shrimp & shredded carrots
-Won Ton Soup w/out the won ton.

For those who are curious, I discarded/strained all of the meat out of the Won Ton soup and ate the veggies.  Then mixed the shrimp & carrot sauté together with the Less Than Won Ton soup together and had the most awesomeness soup creation!

DAY 3 – NO MEAT

Yesterday went pretty good.  I believe my lunch, Lean Cuisine Stuffed Ravioli’s wasn’t enough for the “voluptuous” woman that I am.  Although it was delicious, it just wasn’t enough!  I’m saying this because by 4pm, I was famish!  But once you see my daily menu plan from yesterday, you will understand.  But I am proud to say,  “I have not eaten one piece of meat in the last 48 hours and still counting…”   I’ve made a commitment to not eat MEAT or BREAD for the remaining days of July… EXCEPT…. for fish, shrimp, scallops, crabs, etc. SEAFOOD LOVER’S do understand!  🙂 imagesCAEWE7Q0

 YESTERDAY’S  MEAL PLAN:

Breakfast:
NATURE VALLEY soft-baked Oatmeal squares – Cinnamon Brown Sugar

1 banana
CARNATION Breakfast Essentials Complete Nutritional Drink-variety pack
mixed with 1 cup of SILK Almond milk.

Snack:
PLANTERS Honey Roasted Peanuts [1 oz bag]

YO’CRUNCH low fat Yogurt – Cookies n’ Cream

Lunch:
LEAN CUISINE’s Cheese Ravioli

Snack:

Small bowl of grapes

2 Nutri Grain Bars:

-strawberry

-apple cinnamon

[ I was Jonesing… Cheese Ravioli wasn’t merciful]

6:00 P.M.  – STILL HUNGRY!! 😦

(on the drive home)

McDonald’s French Fries

Dinner: (Home Cooking): ^-^
-Sautéed Brussel Sprouts w/green onions 1 serving
-Green Salad w/strawberries, pecans & cranberries

First Base? Second Base? Third Base… Get Over Yourself!

Why do men think women are flirting when they are conducting a friendly conversation?  If a woman speaks and says more than hello to a man, why does he feel that the woman is a flirt.  I’m like, Really?!! Get Over Yourself!  In this day and time, women can confidentially talk with a man without one tingle streaming thru her body.  But the man can’t see that. They feel that they should be the aggressor and conqueror. But if the tables are turned, the woman is accused of flirting!  Com’on!  Men!  please take note. A woman picks her own man.  If you feel like you are the “chooser”, it’s best you think twice.  A woman will let you think you are the “conqueror” but in reality, she makes the first and last decision.  So if you ever get to “first” base or even go as far as getting a “homerun”, please know that the woman pitched the ball first!!!

DAY 2 – NO MEAT!

Let’s play catch up! Yesterday, I started what I call the “Vegan Vagan” meals.  If you know me, you’ll know that I’ve made this phrase up!  LOL  🙂   WOW!  I have not eaten one piece of meat in the last 24 hours.  I have made a commitment to not eat MEAT or BREAD for the remaining days of July… EXCEPT…. fish, shrimp, scallops, crabs, etc.  Simply put, I can only eat seafood!  My Favorite! 🙂
