The “Meat & Greet” Meal Plan… Day 6 and I’m still holding on! I have been keeping track of my meal plans and I am at the end of the week. I am still committed to not eating MEAT or BREAD for the remaining days of July. DISCLOSURE: EXCEPT… for fish, shrimp, scallops, crabs, etc. I’m a seafood-trekki. 🙂
Here is my meal plan from 07/11/14.
BREAKFAST:
NATURE VALLEY soft-baked Oatmeal squares – Cinnamon Brown Sugar
CARNATION Breakfast Essentials Complete Nutritional Drink-variety pack
mixed with 1 cup of SILK Almond milk
LUNCH:
Lettuce, tomato salad with nuts & cheese
Nutri Grain Bar
DINNER:

-Stouffer
Stouffers Chicken Stir Fry, less the chicken
