My first time stuffing a chicken breast and I must say, it was delicious!  I am not a chicken breast type of person.  I love dark meat.  But I guess the Spirits has put it on my mind, for a couple of days now, to stuff a chicken breast.  So I did.  And I am glad I did because it turned out to be an excellent meal.

What is the difference between a “good” carb and a “bad” carb?

While carbs are necessary for fat loss, some carbs are not the best for it. The main difference between a “good” carb and a “bad” carb comes down to whether or not they are simple or complex. A simple carb is one that the body can convert to glucose quickly. A complex carbohydrate is metabolized more slowly. You may feel tighter and lighter after you work out, but the truth is that it simply starts a process of burning fat that takes hours for the body to complete. The body needs a complex fuel source during that process to burn fat most efficiently that will not be loaded with unneeded processed sugar, fats or chemicals.

The Best Protein Pizza Ever Made

You will just love this pizza without bread.  No Carbs!

INGREDIENTS:

6 – EGGS

Diced Onions

String Cheese, Mozarella

Heat your skillet on medium. butter the skillet,

crack each egg in its own space, don’t let it over lap.

while cooking on medium, add onions and pull away string cheese and strategically place cheese all over the eggs.  Let eggs cook until egg-whites firm up.  remove from skillet.  Cut triangles in eggs and lift apart.
